Cathy Ewbank MAR is a fully qualified Reflexologist, having completed a year-long course in 2003. She is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), with whom she is fully insured and whose Code of Practice she abides by.

Cathy is fully committed to further developing her knowledge of Reflexology techniques and keeps up to date with current developments and techniques by attending workshops and seminars. She is qualified in Maternity Reflexology, having undergone extensive training with Renee Tanner of the International Federation of Reflexologists.

She is also trained in basic and advanced Vertical Reflexology Therapy (VRT) techniques, and is an authorised member of the Vertical Reflex Therapy Network. VRT works on the top of the feet while the client is standing. It enhances and complements a conventional reflexology treatment and provides deeper access to reflex points, giving amazing results.

Cathy feels passionately that Reflexology and other Complementary Therapies have a role to play in today's very stressful and busy world, complementing conventional medicine. For the past 4 years she has worked as a member of the NHS's award-winning team of volunteer therapists at the Sunrise Cancer Unit in High Wycombe, offering treatments to patients and their carers.

Cathy's busy Reflexology practice serves Maidenhead and its surrounding area : Marlow, Cookham, Windsor, High Wycombe, Slough, Burnham, Taplow, Woodley, Wargrave and East Reading. Cathy's treatment room is a peaceful and safe place in which you can escape from the pressures of daily life while you have your treatments, and restore your health and inner balance. Appointments are available from Tuesday to Saturday, with evening appointments available on Wednesday and Thursday.
