
Introduction to Reflexology
This course aims to give an introduction to Reflexology, teaching the important aspects of theory such as what is Reflexology, how it works, the main functions and contra-indications but with emphasis on learning plenty of practical techniques in order to give Reflexology to friends and family. This is a non-qualifying course, and will not lead to a professional qualification, nor allow you to be able to carry out Reflexology treatments for money. We will NOT be looking at hand Reflexology nor any anatomy and physiology theory.Course Time : Tuesday evenings, 7.45pm - 9.15pm

Introduction to Indian Head Massage
This course gives an introduction to Indian Head Massage with emphasis on learning practical massage in order to give a massage to friends and family. This is a non qualification course and will therefore not lead to a professional qualification, nor allow you to be able to carry out Indian Head Massage treatments for payment. Indian Head Massage works on areas affected by mental and emotional stress and can bring immediate relief. It also improves circulation in the head, enhances your senses, improves memory and promotes clear thinking.Course Time : Tuesdays, 7.45pm - 9.15pm
