On your first visit to me I will need to complete a detailed consultation form which will give me a good picture of your health and lifestyle - this enables me to tailor my treatments to meet your individual needs. This form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and as a result there is a one-off payment of £5.00 payable at your first visit.
Mobile visits (within 5 miles of Maidenhead) can be arranged for all therapies, however a surcharge of £35.00 is applicable to cover my travelling time and costs.
Payment can be made by cheque or cash - thank you.
